  Even before I jump in and start writing a review, I would like to talk a bit about my experience renting apartments. I have been renting for last 9 years and I am quite aware of the (slight) nuisances and inconveniences bound to happen while renting out in a community. BUT, I have had the worst experience in this community. The major issue I had was with the extremely inconsiderate neighbor(s) on the floor above mine. I used to hear people scream and fight in the middle of the night.I wonder how could anyone not be considerate of other people during such hours in the day. The Management is OK otherwise, but they are really going to tell you that these are bound to happen when you rent in a community like this. Really!? I really feel that it is management's responsibility when it comes to handling such issues. As a resident, I deserve to have a peaceful sleep at my apartment for all the big bucks I pay each month. I have lost my sleep and peace of mind, and NEVER had such dreadful experience in any of the previous places I have rented. It is a fairly new community so buildings are well maintained and clean. You have to be lucky to get a apartment with good considerate neighbors, otherwise be ready to screw your sleep..every freaking day. The Management does not give a damn to your concerns about noise issues, for all they care about is Money. Further they did not have a property manager on all days but they do boast of having a property manager on all week days in the website. What a lie and false information!! With my experience there, I would NEVER recommend this community to anyone that is looking to have a good night's sleep and a PEACEFUL mind for paying such high rent. If you are ok with that, well then............................ good luck Zombie!
